Hours of Business
We are open Monday-Friday, from 9am to 5pm Central Time. Additionally, we answer messages every day of the week, and we aim to answer as soon as the message comes in. Messages and questions sent on Saturdays and Sundays may take a few hours to be answered.
Custom and personalized orders
We offer both custom and personalized items. We provide mockups through Etsy messages for these items. We love working with our customers to get an item to be exactly what they envision.
What if an item arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged. We will ask for the following before sending a replacement:
Entire front of product
Entire back of product
Barcode at the rear side
Packaging
Shipping label
Replacement and Refund Policy
We will replace any damaged items and send you a replacement in a timely manner. Please reach out us through Etsy messages and let us know about any defects/issues. We will ask for a photo of the issue before sending a replacement.
If you receive an item that is different from the one you ordered, we will send a replacement.
If an item is lost in transit to you, we will send a replacement.
We may request that the damaged item be returned to us.
Processing And Shipping Times
All canvas orders take 3-7 business days to produce and ship. An item then spends about 1-3 business days. Paper print orders (unframed) ship in 1 business day.
Where can we ship to?
Shipping is fast and free to all states except Hawaii and Alaska. If you reside in Hawaii or Alaska and would like to purchase from us, send us a message and we can calculate shipping for you.
Do we do custom signs with completely custom quotes?
Yes! We are happy to do a custom sign when our customer has a specific quote they'd like to use. We will send several design options to choose from through Etsy messages within one business day of purchase.
What if an item is lost in the mail?
Occasionally, an item may be lost in the mail. If an item has not had updated tracking for 10 business days, we will send a replacement.
Do canvas items come with hanging hardware?
Yes, canvas items come with hanging hardware. We recommend using the attached hanging hardware. We do not replace items that were hung with alternate hanging methods, as these can damage the structure of the item.
How long do I have to approve a proof?
Hi there! We send proofs of personalized signs to customers who order them. These are signs where information such as name, date, city, state need to be filled in. If the proof isn't approved by the next day, we will assume all information is correct and will automatically send it to print.
