PHYSICAL PRODUCTS: POD and Wholesale up to 100 uses without license purchase. After 100 uses, please either repurchase the design, or the wholesale license. This is only valid on designs I made. DTF transfers listed without the word exclusive do NOT require a license.
TRANSFERS: Transfer license required to print transfers of any of my design for resell. This is only applicable for my instant downloads, not physical transfers ordered.

Super cute! I am excited to use. I will say I did contact customer service and never heard back. Transfers were purchased 3/5. I reached out to the company 3/21. Never heard back from the company. Then later that day got a notification that a shipping label had been created. I understand sellers are busy and they sell a lot of items, but to have not seen a shipping label created in 2 weeks, and when I reach out to the company, they leave me on read, that is a bit frustrating. I would purchase from them again. But I do believe answering a paying customer, even to apologize or let them know you do have their item and are working on it, would be common courtesy.
