When my order will be shipped?
I ship once a week, usually on Friday (this can change).
If you need the product urgently, please let me know in a message.
Why is only one shipping day a week?
Whith such a small business, this is the only way to keep my international shipping prices low, I have to ship in bulk.
I have to wait until a few orders are complete to ship them. Usually, this takes more or less for a week.
Normally, I ship on Fridays.
Custom and personalized orders
Yes! Shoot me a message, and we will work something out!
Is the packaging plastic free?
Yes!
I pack your orders only in reused or/and completly biodegradable (paper) packaging.
I try to find empty paper boxes for packing the bulkier items.
The big envelopes are leftovers from a closed office.
The smaller envelopes are from 100% recycled paper.
The cards are also 100% recycled or reused paper.

Gift wrapping and packaging
You can request a personal message on a postcard which will be included in your package.
At the moment I dont offer gift wrapping, because this doesnt fit to the zerowaste values.
However I try to pack each and every order as pretty as I can.
