I ordered four of these back in 2014 and reached out a week and a half before Christmas this year to try to get another one made for my brother’s fiancé. Sheena responded quickly and got a new glass on its way to me to get there before the holiday. Turned out lovely as expected, and was a hit of Christmas - again!

The quality of the baking dish is very sturdy, and the description on the pan was very clear.

I ordered the wine glasses on 10/31.. as of 11/8, the shipping label was created and was due to arrive by 11/13. When I checked the tracking info on 11/13, the package had not moved. I reached out to the store on the morning of 11/13 with no answer. I followed up on 11/14.. and still did not receive an answer.. Very disappointed with the customer service. Currently 11/15.. and still no response.. shipping label was created and is currently still in the shops possession ..

These turned out sooo good! There was a delay in shipping because the owner ran out of stemless glasses and after she let me know it would be longer, she refunded the shipping cost too me. Thanks so much for the product and excellent customer service!
