Our story
Siamo Waterfall Designs, un'azienda a conduzione familiare specializzata in articoli in vetro personalizzati per regali e feste di matrimonio. Il nostro negozio online è stato aperto nel febbraio 2010 su Etsy ed è cresciuto fino a diventare uno dei preferiti da migliaia di clienti in tutto il mondo che erano alla ricerca di regali unici e personalizzati. Nel 2010 Sheena era l'unica lavoratrice part-time. Dopo anni di crescita ed espansione, con un feedback positivo completo e totale espresso dai nostri clienti online, ci siamo espansi a un negozio di 7 persone! Il nostro obiettivo è quello di fornire prodotti unici, un'eccellente esperienza del cliente e un'atmosfera di lavoro divertente ed emozionante.
Il nome Waterfall Designs: Abbiamo acquistato una casa in stile Frank Lloyd Wright del 1940 con una cascata nel cortile sul retro. Abbiamo trascorso un anno a ristrutturare prima di trasferirci (e probabilmente passeremo i prossimi 50 anni a continuare a rinnovare). Abbiamo convertito il livello inferiore della casa nel laboratorio Waterfall Designs. Ci consideriamo tutti estremamente fortunati ad avere un bellissimo studio con vista sulla nostra cascata ispiratrice.

We are Waterfall Designs, a family owned business specializing in personalized glassware for gifts and wedding parties. Our online shop opened in February 2010 on Etsy and grew to be a personal favorite for thousands of customers across the globe who were searching for unique and personalized gifts. In 2010 Sheena was the sole, part time worker. After years of growth and expansion, with complete and total positive feedback expressed by our online customers, we have expanded to a 7 person shop! Our goal is to provide unique products, an excellent customer experience as well as a fun and exciting work atmosphere.
The name Waterfall Designs: We purchased a 1940's Frank Lloyd Wright style home with a waterfall in the back yard. We spent a year renovating before we moved in (and will probably spend the next 50 years continuing to renovate). We have converted the lower level of the house into the Waterfall Designs work shop. We all consider ourselves extremely lucky to have a beautiful studio with a view to our inspirational waterfall.
