Please Note: It is imperative to utilize a web browser for the download process. Attempting to download via the Etsy App on the same device may redirect you, hindering the download. In such cases, consider using an alternate device or an incognito window.
To acquire your files seamlessly, adhere to these steps:
1. Launch a web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.) and log in to your Etsy account.
2. Navigate to your account by clicking on the circle icon displaying your profile picture or a grey silhouette. From the drop-down menu, select "Purchases."
3. Locate your digital file purchase within your Etsy purchases.
4. On the right-hand side of the purchase information, locate and click "Download Files."
5. Scroll through the available files until you spot the desired one, then simply click the "Download" button to claim your files!
