Hello Marie, those requests are from Etsy. I'm not asking you to do anything. If you look at the history of the tracking number 9205590267338810001098 it says there was an issue with the actual address and so it was returned and now seems on the way to Atlanta (likely for destruction). It wasn't our fault this happened.

We sent you a response via the refund portal when we refunded you for an item you didn't receive because of issues in the address. Errors we didn't make. So you got your funds and we still take a loss on product and shipping. All the best to you.
