Spellbound Seasons Paperie
This shop began in 2017 as Wayward Inspiration — a seed rooted in wonder, ritual, and the rhythms of the Wheel of the Year. Over time it grew into something deeper, and Spellbound Seasons was born: a name that carries my commitment to ancestral connection, ethical witchcraft, and the slow magic of seasonal living.
I am Christy Marie. I am a Celtic and Nordic witch with four decades of practice, a neurodivergent creator, and a maker of tools designed for people who want to live in rhythm with the earth rather than on deadline.
I currently work and reside on the unceded homelands of the Luiseño/Payómkawichum peoples, now known as Oceanside, California. I offer everything I make in reverence to this land, its original stewards, and the ancestors who call us into deeper accountability.
What you'll find here — printable sabbat bundles, moon trackers, ritual journals, ancestral connection tools, grimoire pages — is designed to honor the sacred in both celebration and stillness. I strive to make something you won't find anywhere else: work that holds beauty and accountability in the same hand, that names lineage without romanticizing it, and that asks hard questions alongside the ritual ones.
This is a second launch for Spellbound Seasons, and I return to it with deeper roots than before. Nearly 5,000 sales and years of community built through my Wayward Inspiration blog taught me what this work is really for — and who it's really for.
A note on how this work gets made:
I am an AUDHD creator. My mind moves in spirals, not lines. I deep-dive before I surface, and I lose the thread between the idea and the page if I don't have something to hold it with me. I have watched people's eyes go quiet when I begin moving between mythology, consciousness, ancestral practice, mystical traditions, and the wider mysteries that move me — because my mind doesn't stay in one lane and my passion can be overwhelming.
I use AI as a collaborative thinking partner in my creative process. Not to generate my voice, but to work in my actual cognitive rhythm rather than against it. For my ADHD brain, it holds the thread while I move. For my Autistic brain, it follows me into the deep end and stays there — no redirecting, no limit on how far the inquiry goes. This is an access tool, and I name it as such because neurodivergent creators deserve to define what these tools mean for us on our own terms. My framework commitments, my lineage, my voice, and my full accountability for everything I publish remain entirely my own.
This is not just a shop. It is a sacred invitation:
* To remember with care.
* To ritualize with context.
* To honor your lineage without erasing another's.
I no longer maintain social media accounts. I can no longer support the corporate entities behind the spread of misinformation, fear-mongering, and hate — and I won't pretend otherwise. You can find me on Substack at Christy Marie Studio, where the deeper work lives. I encourage you to find your people in real places.
Merry Meet and Merry Part and Merry Meet Again.
