We will always try our best to navigate the chaos of the festive season by sending all orders within 1 working day, but please allow some extra time for all deliveries and do bare with us as postal delays are out of our hands :)

Custom and personalised orders
We can pre-stitch some of our items now (for examples initials on the Luggage Tags or Travel Jewellery Wraps).
For other personalised orders, please get in touch and I can advise you if it is possible!
My order has not arrived - I want a refund
We understand it can be really frustrating when delivery companies do not deliver within the time frames listed. We use Royal Mail as our main delivery provider - and while they usually ship quickly without issue, their services can be subject to delays, particularly for international orders.
9 times out of 10 delayed orders (using the correct address) are not 'lost', they are simply delayed due to customs hold-ups / staff shortages / or parcel congestion, and do arrive at their destination late.
For this reason we are not able to refund / replace orders until 30 days after the date of shipment. Rest assured we will always make sure an order is fulfilled, replaced or refunded, but we do ask for your patience to resolve this.
