When I purchased the item, I selected this store because the delivery date was going to meet a need we had for a party and the item arrived after the party. Understanding that some things are out of one's control, I did reach out 3 days after the anticipated delivery and after the party and I found the response to be aggressive and unfriendly. Great product - customer service could certainly improve.

What you are stating is not correct I was not aggressive/unfriendly on the contrary I was explaining to you that you never reached out to me to tell me that you needed the wraps by a specific date because I would've told you that maybe it wouldn't arrive on time just because I have no control of how UPS works and also because we are in Florida and you are in Colorado. You placed a custom order on 8/15(a Saturday) and it was printed and shipped on 8/18(Tuesday) which it was shipped super fast. But once again once it reaches UPS I have no control of how slow/fast they work or if there are any delays due to weather or anything else as that was the case that UPS had a delay on 8/22.Is better to reach out to the seller before placing an order just to be sure it will arrive because automated features are not accurate.
