Our packaging can be re-used, recycled or added to the compost bin. Where possible, we also try to re-use as much packaging as we can - for example boxes and cardboard from our suppliers - to reduce waste.

Our postal boxes, gift boxes, paper mailing bags, tissue paper and corrugated cardboard are made from recycled paper and can be easily recycled at home.

Our Eco Flo packing chips are made from maize-based starch. They are fully compostable and biodegradable and will dissolve when saturated with water. They can be re-used, composted at home, or washed down the sink with warm water.

We will occasionally use a plastic mailer to provide additional protection, for example against poor weather.

We offer gifts for every occasion. Choose from our selection of Gift Boxes or alternatively, choose your own items and add the Gift Boxing Service to your basket before checking out. We can send your gift directly to your recipient and you will be given the option to add your gift message during checkout, which we will hand-write onto a tag to accompany your gift. We will not include any financial information with the parcel.

A layer of compostable packing chips and zig zag kraft paper will protect your items. A green cotton bow secures the box and your gift message is attached. Gift boxes are packed inside of an outer cardboard box, to ensure your gift arrives safely and is a joy to open.

The majority of our blankets measure 150 x 183 cm. This generous size is ideal for 2 people sitting together on a sofa or as an additional layer on the bed. The longest length (183 cm) includes the fringe, which measures approx. 10 cm on each side.

Our recycled wool throws measure 120 x 150cm. Perfect as a runner at the end of a bed or as an extra cosy layer on a sofa or favourite chair. We also use our recycled throws as a picnic blanket in the warmer months, as they are lightweight and easy to fold up.

We have a handful of blankets which fall between these two sizes. Be sure to read the description for dimensions.

If you're undecided, a good tip is to cut a length of string to the length of your chosen throw and use as a guide.

Wool is naturally self-cleaning and airing outside on the line is often the easiest way to freshen up your wool blanket.

To wash: Machine wash cold on a specialist wool cycle. Do not spin. Use a mild detergent recommended for wool. Alternatively, hand wash in cold water. Wash separately to prevent snagging or colour run. Reshape whilst damp. Do not wring. Line dry or dry flat, ensuring that the weight of the blanket is evenly distributed. Do not tumble dry.

Remove any loose fibres with a lint roller. Use a pilling comb to remove any pilling (bobbles).

Orders usually leave us within 48 hours.

UK DELIVERY: Domestic orders will be delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and can be expected within 2-4 business days. UK delivery starts at £4.75.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: International orders will be sent by Royal Mail on a Tracked service. We would normally expect orders to Europe to arrive within 5 - 10 working days and the rest of the world within 10 - 20 working days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the time of year. Please note that you may be charged import duties or custom charges, unfortunately these are outside of our control. International delivery starts at £9.95.
