Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how and when I collect, use and share personal information when you purchase from Wear2.co, contact me or otherwise use my services through Etsy.

This policy applies to information I process as an Etsy seller. Etsy processes information separately under its own privacy policy.

1. Information I collect

To fulfil your order, Etsy provides me with certain information, which may include your name, email address, delivery address, order details and messages you send through Etsy. I do not receive your complete payment-card information.

2. Why I use your information

I use personal information only where necessary:

• To process, produce and deliver your order
• To communicate with you and provide customer support
• To resolve order problems, disputes or claims
• To comply with tax, accounting and other legal obligations
• To protect the legitimate interests of Wear2.co, provided those interests do not override your rights

3. Sharing information

I share personal information only when necessary:

• Etsy: To operate my shop and comply with Etsy’s Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
• Production and fulfilment providers: I use Printify and its print provider, Monster Digital, to manufacture and ship orders. They receive only the information required to fulfil your order, such as the product ordered, your name and delivery address.
• Legal compliance: I may retain or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, prevent fraud or protect the rights and safety of my customers and business.
• Business transfers: If the business is sold or reorganised, relevant customer information may be transferred where legally permitted.
I do not sell customer personal information or use Etsy customer information for unsolicited marketing.

4. Data retention

I retain order and transaction information only for as long as necessary to provide my services and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Dutch business records may be retained for up to seven years where legally required. Other information is deleted when it is no longer reasonably necessary.

5. International transfers

Etsy, Printify and their service providers may process information in the United States or other countries outside the European Economic Area. Where required, these transfers are handled using recognised safeguards such as an adequacy decision, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, or Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning the personal information I hold about you, including the right to:

• Request access to your information
• Ask for inaccurate information to be corrected
• Request deletion or restriction of your information, subject to legal retention requirements
• Object to certain processing
• Receive a portable copy of eligible information
• Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority
