Although it cost more than most; it does come fully assembled and has a lock and key. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a quality keepsake.

Will I receive my order by a certain date?
The usual time required to produce the product and prepare it for shipment - 3-8 business days. On some products up to 28 business days. If need to rush it can be 1-3 days.
The Average Delivery time (information is indicative only and based on data provided by postal services):
EU - 6-15-21 business days;
Italy -14 - 40 days;
USA, Canada, Australia, Asia - 9 - 25 business days.
The average time of receipt of parcels (information is indicative only and based on my own experience):
- 6 - 12 business days EU;
- 9 - 14 business days USA.
I'll do all my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Keep in mind that the delivery time is not my responsibility, but the postal service and customs service.
I made the order. When will it be shipped?
The usual time required to produce the product and prepare it for shipment is 1-5 business days. Some products may need up to 10 days. If need to rush it can be 1-3 days (exception - portraits).
I am very serious about these timelines in 100% of cases and do everything I can to meet these deadlines.
Need to understand that quoted 3-10 days is only indicative ideal timing of dispatch of the order.
In very rare cases of force majeure circumstances, and also in the high season, I reserve the right to vary the delivery time + - few days from the deadline date.
What if I have not received the parcel and it came back to the seller as unclaimed?

Keep in mind that it is the responsibility of the buyer to pick up the parcel on time.
What does free shipping mean?
If You buy a product with the option "free shipping" it means that on your way to the cart and when paying the price will remain the same. In case of exchange, return, other situations that have arisen not by mistake of the seller, the cost of shipping is taken into account, as usual. Keep in mind that it is the buyer's responsibility to monitor the tracking and receive the parcel on time. If the parcel is returned as unclaimed, the cost of shipping is taken into account, as usual (usually 29-50$ each item or more, depending on the item weight and other factors).
Can I cancel a paid order?
I do not accept cancellations of paid orders. The order can be canceled if the seller for some reason cannot fulfill the order or the parcel is lost by the postal service and only after official confirmation by the postal service documents.
