RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
In case of return of items the buyer pays all postage.
All custom orders, including a personalized engraving items, are non-refundable.
If for some reason something arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged item and packaging within 14 days of receipt. We will be sure to issue you a refund or replacement.
Parcels returned to us because of incorrect address or unclaimed, will be refunded minus 10% of the order cost and post (All custom orders is non-refundable

Tax fees
All orders shipped outside the Ukraine may have duty or tax fees that your country might charge you. When your package arrives you may have to pay additional customs fees or import taxes for which you are responsible.
These are fees that I can't quote you for and that I will not be held responsible for.
Please purchase accordingly and cautiously - be aware that you might have to pay duty or tax fees upon accepting your order.
If you think this may be the case or you have not ordered from overseas before please check with your post office prior to ordering.

We can cut any shape and help with design :)
If you have a design in a PDF or JPG format that you would like us to engrave or cut, we will gladly do it for you.
Please get in touch with us to provide your image and obtain confirmation before placing your order. We can accept such orders as long as the image is of good quality.

- If immediately after the purchase for some reason you want to cancel your order, please contact us. If after the order has not passed 12 hours we will make a refund in full volume of 100%.
- If after the order has passed more than 24 hours and your order has not yet been made, we guarantee a 80% refund of the price. (We are working through an intermediary, so we cannot get back their commission).
- If your order has already been made, but not sent, and for some reason you need to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. We guarantee a 50% refund of the price.
- If your order is already shipped, no refund will be made.

I don't accept returns . But, If you want to return the item , I will refund you the price only of items + 10% of the amount will be restocking fee will apply.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
