Customer service was so responsive. I needed these last minute for my wedding! I was panicking about them arriving in time and reached out to customer service. They arrived 3 days before the est delivery date and customer service was kind enough to continuously respond to me as I was panicking. The sleeves themselves are beautiful and just as pictured! The only things is they do take on the smell of plastic they are shipped in. I have very sensitive skin and am also very sensitive to chemicals and smells. I would recommend hanging them and letting them air out before use!

The material and item were great. I would go up in size if I had to do it over. It is very snug despite following the measurement guide provided.

While the sleeves are lovely, they just don't work with my dress. My dress straps are only about two inches wide and I am plus size. Because of this, the sleeves just do not blend well into the dress nor do they stay on my shoulders. Because the straps are so thin, they wouldn't be able to be attached during alterations. That is all on me. They are lovely.

The sleeves are great quality. They didn’t work out exactly as I’d hoped. However, they are very nice. I wanted to be able to wear and remove them as I wanted with my dress. Which can be done I suppose. Maybe it is just my arms are larger or shoulders not as pronounced? So the top of the sleeve kept rolling off my shoulder and down my arm. They are a great quality material so I’m asking my seamstress to help me make them work how I’d hoped. The seamstress is removing the top elastic and adding snaps to the sleeve and dress.
