5 out of 5 starsThis has been pretty stressful for both me and Natalie. The shipping was more than 10 days late. I was getting very worried that I got scammed initially. Or that the item was never sent. All sorts of emotions. Natalie was very responsive to my messages. She and I both called USPS to figure out where the item had gone. I've even opened up a case review with Etsy to look into this. I didn't have the best thought of Natalie even though I tried to stay positive that this item was real and will arrive. I have to say that Natalie sent the item but USPS "lost" my item and then after my case with Etsy was closed two days ago, my item magically arrived by mail today. This was brutally stressful but I appreciate Natalie's prompt response and professionalism no matter how emotional I was. Thank you Natalie.

Missing Packages
If a customer reports a package as missing, we will investigate the issue by contacting the postal service and attempting to track the package. If the package is confirmed lost, we will either resend the item or offer a refund, depending on availability and our current policy. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and checking their mailbox regularly to prevent missing mail issues. Missing mail claims must be reported within 2 days of the expected delivery date. Missing mail confirmation can take up to 10days as of which a refund will be issued if the mail was confirmed lost by postal service. Packages marked in tracking as delivered will be the responsibility of the buyer to secure, refund is void.
