Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Each item is custom produced after an order is received, and therefore we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business!
Can I cancel my order?
Please reach out to us as quickly as possible regarding any order you wish to cancel. If the item has not yet been produced or shipped, we are happy to process a cancellation within 2 hours of receiving your order.
My item arrived damaged. Can you help?
Oh no! We are so sorry to hear this! While this is rare, we’re happy to offer an exchange if there is any damage to an order. Please send us a message to our Etsy shop or submit a help request within 3 days of item delivery. When contacting us about a damaged item, please submit photos of the item that show the damage so we can follow up with our manufacturing partner.
My item says "Delivered" but I never received it. Can you help?
We ask that you allow 24 hours for orders to arrive, even after “delivery” notifications have been sent. If your order has still not shown up, please send us a message so we can get in touch with our shipping partner and track down your order.
Do you take custom requests or custom orders?
Heck yes! If you are interested in having an item in our store customized or having a brand new item created for you, please don't hesitate to shoot us a message!
I accidentally shipped my item to the incorrect address. Can you help?
We recommend making sure your shipping address is correct prior to placing the order.
If your item is "returned to sender" due to an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for replacing the product and will be unable to issue a refund. All items that are "returned to sender" are shipped back to our manufacturing partner and we have no way of recovering them.
In some cases, we may be able to reprint and reship your item, however, the buyer is responsible for the full shipping cost on the replacement item. Please message us for more information.
