We had a few concerns about the chairs (since we couldn’t see them in person), and both his responses and the manner in which he responded gave us confidence in the purchase, which he personally delivered. The chairs are beautiful, comfortable, and we love them. It was great working with (and meeting) Chuck, and we could not be more pleased with either him or our purchase.
