A modern take on the classic art of quilting
Hello! My name is Casey, I'm wife to a handsome husband, mama to a beautiful little girl and boy (who you'll see featured in some of my listings), and currently expecting baby #3 any day!
I graduated in 2016 as a dentist, but surprise!! With moving cities a couple times, husband's new job, and 1 then 2 then almost 3 bundles of joy, working on my career just hasn’t been in the cards. After a couple of months at home with our little girl, I wanted something that felt like my own and to give structure to my days.
I am so grateful to be a stay-at-home mom but let's be honest, motherhood is hard work! The hours a long, the pay is terrible, and the clients are...well, needy is an understatement.
So with a little help from grandmas and mothers, I took up sewing and loved it! I began making clothes for Charlie and about a year later took up quilting. And I have never looked back! I’ve grown to love a modern take on the classic quilting tradition and many of these quilts are my own designs. Hand quilting is added to every quilt to add a little heirloom quality.
