Welcome to our Etsy store! Every piece you find here is uniquely handcrafted in California, crafted with care and precision by skilled artisans. As our items are made-to-order, we currently require a production time of 6-7 weeks. Some designs may be available more quickly, so please inquire if you need something sooner.
Shipping Information:
- We ship exclusively within the Continental U.S.
- Delivery times range from 1-2 weeks, depending on your location.
- Please note, we deliver to the first floor only; delivery to additional floors is available for an additional fee.
- For buildings requiring a Certificate of Insurance (C.O.I.) or specific delivery scheduling, please contact us prior to ordering to discuss the details. Any additional costs for C.O.I. requests will be the responsibility of the customer.
Order Policies:
- Cancellations and refunds are available within 5 days of placing your order.
- Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- Upon delivery, please thoroughly inspect your order. Any issues must be reported during the delivery inspection to ensure they are promptly addressed.
