We accept all payments methods within the Etsy system, also Ideal for Dutch customers.

Prices include 21% EU sales tax (BTW). Shipping prices have been adjusted for the countries outside EU ( for which we do not have to charge sales tax) to mediate the difference.

I do my best to photograph the work - please keep in mind that the colours may appear differently according to your computer screen.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase PLEASE send back to us for a REFUND or EXCHANGE - the item must be UNWORN/UNUSED and in sellable condition. This also includes smells (I WILL NOT accept a return on a bag if it has a strong odour, for example cigarette odours) you are responsible for shipping costs.

-When an item is being returned to us, we are NOT responsible for items lost in transit returned items must have insurance and tracking

If an item arrives damaged due to postal transit please contact us to file a claim with the post office - the item must be photographed in order to make the claim.

*PLEASE NOTE* Woolfelt is made by rubbing and rolling the wool. If the woolfelt is rubbed onto another surface intensively it will pill more and wear quickly. This is a natural process.
We will NOT exchange or refund on this matter.

Leather:
I use vegetable tanned leather. The surface is porous and not flawless. Small scratches will come & go. If the leather dries out you can put some natural (no color) shoe shine on the leather for conditioning. We use Fiebings natural wax for a subtle satin shine. The leather will darken overtime and become more shiny.

Woolfelt:
The felt I use is produced in Europe & carries the Woolmark label: 100% virgin woolfelt, with a density of 280. Due to this density, the felt is highly waterrepellant, however not fully waterproof. It is durable, dirt- and water repellant. Lanolin, the naturally accorring waxy coating on wool fibers, is responsible for this.

We advise the following methods of maintenance:
Wet spills → directly blot with dry cloth or paper towel. If necessary, rinse with Cold water and blot again until dry. Do not rub.
Grease stains → clean with K2r

When pills (small felt balls) occur, cut them off with sharp scissors. The sharp cut will prevent the felt from forming new pills.
