How can I contact you regarding my order.
All messages should be done first through the etsy app, if that fails then the email listed on the included business card through wetchbetchcreations. You can also use the link and message me through my website.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders are welcome. All orders will have a separate listing with your name on it. This listing must be paid in full before item is created.
Can I omit or add something to an order? Tweak it a bit?
Yes, simply email me and I'll see what I can do. I can also combine shipping for you if you order 2 orders, though please be advised the delivery date may change if I need more time to combine these items. I will email you with specifics.
My shipping address was entered wrong and my item shipped to that address.
Please understand that it is your responsibility to make sure the ship to address is correct. If your item is luckily returned to me by "return to sender" it will be YOUR responsibility to pay for the shipping to your correct address. I will not absorb that cost. I will also charge a restocking fee for any returned items from your refunded amount. This will depend on the cost of goods and amount of time it took for me to create/wrap your item, with a minimum of $5 to start. There is an option on the USPS site to intercept your package, I suggest you try that to save the time & money on remailing a returned page.
Covid19 shipping: My item hasn't arrived by the estimated date given by USPS.
My orders will go out on or before your due date, your due date is stated when you order. Unfortunately with the pandemic the post office hasn't been scanning all packages and and a priority mail pkg can now take up to a week to arrive. I've had packages state in transit for 7 days with no updates. This is an issue with USPS, once I put your post in the mail, it's entirely out of my hands. A tracking number is provided, I suggest opening a lost parcel claim. The times I've done this, the package miraculously begins moving thru the system again. Email me if it's more than a week late and we'll see what our options are.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I discontinued gift wrap, but if it needs to be dressed up just a bit and fits into a cello bag, I will bag it that way if you ask .

If your order is for someone that may be easily offended by any of my tags & the play on words with them, please don't hesitate to tell me in a note on your order. I will absolutely change the tags to something more palatable & generic for them. It's no problem at all. I've done this on gifts for kids ordered by parents.
I'm in the broom closet, can you ship from a discreet address not wetchbetch?
Yes, my packages automatically ship with a return address label that says WBC not WetchBetch Creations so no worries. No witchy labels or stickers are on the outside of the box. The smell of incense may come through however.

I have a floral allergy, should I tell you. YES! I can make sure nothing you ordered has a specific irritant in it for you. If the scent/floral can't be omitted, I can suggest an alternative for you.

Can I swap out white sage & palo santo in a kit, I'm opposed? Yes, just put it in the notes & I can send cedar or rosemary for the smudge stick and add a tumbled stone in place of palo. Everything can be tweaked, just reach out to me.
