What are the details of your return policy?
We are happy to accept returns of items that are unopened and have not been used or cut, though we are usually not able to accept returns on sale items. We must be contacted regarding the return within 3 days of the items arrival to you and the item must be shipped back within 7 days. In order to guarantee refund, purchases MUST be returned in the same condition as received and in the same external and internal packaging as received. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
What is your policy on unclaimed packages?
If an order is unclaimed upon delivery and is returned to us by the shipping service the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment as well as an additional $2 reshipment fee. Unclaimed orders are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
Do you offer reduced shipping for large orders?
Yes! If you are interested in purchasing an order of $100 or more please contact us prior to order with your zip code and we would be happy to give you an exact quote.
Do you participate in shop to shop trades?
I am sorry, but we are not able to do any trades at this time. If there is any other way that we can help you, however, please feel free to let us know.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but there are some countries we are not able to ship to at this time. Within North America we currently only ship to the United States and Canada.
Unfortunately, due to a recent law change we are no longer able to ship to Germany. We currently do not ship to Central America, South America, or Africa.
