    The helmet wasn’t fully finished. I was expected it to be sanded down and levelled out on the edges so I could just glue together, prime then paint

    Hi, I'm sorry if you were not happy with the product but as stated in the description (which I have pasted below) it clearly states it is a raw print straight from the print bed. Phase II Clone Trooper (DIY KIT) DIY KIT: kits contain all parts displayed in the blown up version in pictures 6 & 7 (This will be a raw print straight off the printer for you to sand/paint yourself

    Hi Matt, Sorry for any inconvenience caused. unfortunately though as I didn't create the file for the E-11 blaster I also didn't create the instructions. All I have is what I've had to go off before when building myself which is attached as photo 5 on my E-11 blaster listing? Should you need any further help assembling the blaster then feel free to message me & I will do my best to assist. Thanks, Liam

    Jill, Firstly, let me start by apologising, but something seemed wrong about your direct message and subsequent bad review, so I took some time to look into this. A lot of care goes into each of my prints, and I have sold numerous versions of this saber without receiving a poor review, in fact I've only had positive feedback on my workmanship and quality. After receiving your message, I immediately went and checked the inventory on this product and have not found similar issues, surprising considering they all followed the same printing process. Following this, I checked the dispatch details and saw your parcel was delivered on 12th May, so I was surprised to only receive the report of damage last night, a whole 19 days later. If anymore support is needed please feel free to contact me directly again

    The quality of the pans was ok. Item matched description. I thought the item would be similar to the shop bought plastic pans but it was not.
