Very nicely wrapped. I could tell that alot of care was given to ensure that the items were packed to prevent breakage. I appreciate the consideration.

We're more than pleased with the packaging. One piece was very fragile and was wrapped separately with great care. It made it halfway around the world in perfect shape. We love the statue and the personal touches -- a note card and beautiful postage stamps.

Beautiful haori jacket. It was carefully and artistically wrapped. Be aware: It took a few weeks to receive, traveling from Japan to the US. I would highly recommend this business!

I was extremely lucky to eventually find the Haori that I was looking for on Chieko's site because the purchase could not have been a more pleasureable exercise. Chieko's photographs of the item were beautifully clear and faithfully represented it. Communication with her was easy and her responses were prompt. Having paid for the item and been advised by Cheiko of it's despatch, I was anticipating a delay of at least a couple of weeks for it's arrival in UK. Imagine my surprise when it landed at my door just 5 days later! And yes, it was every bit as good as I had hoped for - and impeccably packaged. Thank you Cheiko
