How do I receive my digital files?
Once your payment is confirmed, Etsy will send you an email with a download link. You can also access your files at any time by going to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews and clicking the "Download Files" button next to your order. Please note that the Etsy app on mobile devices does not currently support downloading; please use a mobile browser or a computer.
What type of paper do you recommend for printing?
For the best vintage look and feel, I recommend using Matte Photo Paper or a high-quality Cardstock (28lb - 32lb / 100gsm - 120gsm).
For Journal Pages: Standard presentation paper (24lb-28lb) works great for folding.
For Ephemera/Tags: Heavier cardstock (110lb / 200gsm+) is best for durability.
Tip: You can also print on coffee-dyed paper for an authentic aged look!
Can I use these files for Commercial Use?
YES: You CAN use my designs to create physical handmade items for sale (e.g., printed junk journals, handmade cards, scrapbooks) in your own small business.
NO: You CANNOT resell, share, or redistribute the digital files themselves. You cannot claim the designs as your own or sell them as digital resources (e.g., clipart packs, digital paper sets).
How do I open the ZIP files?
On Windows: Right-click the ZIP folder and select "Extract All".
On Mac: Double-click the ZIP folder, and it will automatically unzip.
On Mobile (iOS/Android): You may need a free app like "Files" (iOS) or a file manager (Android) to unzip the folder after downloading.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, I cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order or file access—I am always happy to help!
