For a variety of personal and logistical reasons, I do not offer digital versions of any of my work. This enables me to ensure that you receive the highest quality of materials and prints.

These items are printed by a printing company I partner with. It typically takes about a week for these items to get back to me, give or take a couple of days, but it can take up to two weeks for me to get them back. I do my best to ship orders out as quickly as I can once I have them - typically the next business day. If you are hoping to have these items in time for an event or occasion, I recommend ordering at least two and a half weeks early to ensure plenty of time for printing and shipping. Please allow at least three weeks at Christmas due to increased order volumes and shipping delays.

Art prints are printed in house. Our current production time is 1-3 business days. If you request a proof for a personalized art print, production time may be extended pending your approval.

Many of my products are personalized or semi-custom with some variations like color options or layout changes available within the listing. Outside of these options, I generally do not have the bandwidth to make design changes, and I do not currently offer custom and design services. If you are interested in making small changes to a design, please message me and I will let you know if they are possible. Any design changes are subject to a small customization fee to cover the time needed to modify files and send mockups back and forth for design approval. Modifications requiring custom painting or extensive design changes are not available. Logo removal on stationery is considered to be a customization and is subject to a customization fee.

I currently don't have the bandwidth to offer custom work or commissions.

Due to their unique nature, please understand that personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. I carefully check over your items before they ship to ensure they appear the way the artist intended. I don't send a proof with every order, but am happy to send one upon request if you want to be sure of how your personalized design will look.

Absolutely! Just put the exact text you want on your cards (or a note to omit that wording) in the personalization box. I will take care of the formatting!

My designs generally are not intended to be monogrammed. Creating a symmetrical, balanced three letter monogram requires additional design work that is not part of the service I offer in creating personalized stationery. You may choose to use initials on your stationery; the exact text you input in the personalization box is what is used in creating your personalized product, and it will be formatted as you see in the example photos (i.e. all caps, upper and lower case, etc.).
