WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?
o STANDARD: 4 business day turnaround with GROUND shipping. Typically 6-9 business days to your door from placing order.
o RUSH: Next day turnaround with GROUND shipping. Typically 3-6 business days to your door.
o EXPRESS: Next day turnaround with AIR shipping. Typically 2-3 business days to your door.
*The daily cutoff for RUSH & EXPRESS orders is 8:30am (EST) We are unable to allow cancellations on Rush/Express Orders*
Business days are Mon-Fri. A tracking number is sent upon shipment & details regarding your shipping date can be viewed on your "Purchases" page. Shipping carriers do experience rerouting & delays. White Confetti Box is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. We do not ship to PO BOXES or outside the lower 48.
WHAT IF I NEED BOXES SHIPPED TO SEPARATE ADDRESSES?
You'll want to check out separately for each address and be sure to update your shipping address as well!
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
We believe in affordable gifts and do run tight margins to make our boxes priced as low as possible, however do cover the cost of shipping on larger orders! Due to the weight and size of our boxes and our cost to ship them, we aren't able to offer any additional discounts beyond free shipping!

IS THE CHAMPAGNE INCLUDED and DO MY LABELS FIT ANY BOTTLE?
Unfortunately no. We accidentally drank it all. And we do not ship alcohol unfortunately.
CHAMPAGNE LABELS INFO
These labels fit most 187ml mini champagne bottles and are easy to apply--just peel and stick! Be sure to choose a bottle where the base is perfectly symmetrical for the height of the label. If the bottle curves where the label is applied, it'll likely wrinkle around the edges.
LIQUOR LABEL most (but not all) 375ml flask style bottles. Be sure to choose a bottle no larger than 8" tall.

CUSTOM ARTWORK & LOGO ORDERS
By submitting custom artwork or logos for your order, you confirm that you own the rights and/or have obtained the necessary licenses for their use. We are not liable for any copyright, trademark, or licensing issues that may arise.
DO YOU SEND PROOFS
Proofs are sent only upon request. Please allow an ADDITIONAL 2 business days (M-F) added to your advertised ship date/arrival for proofs as they do slow down production and processing times significantly. Failure to approve your proof will further delay your order and it's shipping times. Expedited proofs are available with EXPRESS SHIPPING only.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer International shipping due to the increased risk of breakage. It is important for us that our White Confetti Boxes arrive flawless and unfortunately shipping overseas allows for the opportunity for damages.

ARE ORDERS ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN & REFUND?
Unfortunately no. Due to the custom nature of our business, any item that is customized or made for your order is not eligible for a refund. We do however want you to love your order so please contact us with any questions or concerns and we will do backflips to provide ensure you love your experience with our shop! Items that are not customized, are however eligible and can be returned within 14 days of your delivery date. Please contact us for refund pricing on specific items. Returns must be received, at purchasers expense, in the same condition that it was mailed to be eligible for refund. We do recommend expertly packing and purchasing insurance for your returns. Food and/or perishables are not eligible for return and refund.
WRONG ADDRESS/RETURNED PACKAGES
Please triple check your shipping address before you submit your order. If the address is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Once a package leaves our studio, we are unable to make changes to the address.
Once we received a return package, we are happy to re-ship your gift once the re-shipment fee has been paid (this fee is set by the shipping carrier & not at the discretion of White Confetti Box. The fee is: the return shipping fee + cost of new shipping label)
If we don’t receive a response within 90 days of notifying you that the gift has been returned, the gift is considered unclaimed and becomes property of White Confetti Box . No refunds or credits will be issued.
