Luxury Wedding Invitations Designed To Tell Your Story
I’m a wife, mother of two adult children, dog and cat mom, and the designer behind White Lace Design. Creativity has always found its way into every part of my life—whether I’m designing wedding invitations, reimagining a room in my home, or obsessing over the tiniest finishing detail.
The White Lace story actually began back in 2014, when my best friend Cari and I were working together in a hospital quality department. Somewhere between our day jobs, we decided to take a chance on something completely different and started our own wedding business.
I found my place designing wedding invitations and stationery, while Cari focused on linen and décor rentals and setting up wedding venues. What started as two friends building a creative business on the side continued to grow, and in 2016, we opened White Lace Bridal, bringing another piece of the wedding experience under the White Lace name.
Over the years, White Lace Design grew right alongside the bridal shop. Eventually, invitations became busy enough that I stepped away from the day-to-day side of the boutique to focus on stationery full time, while Cari took the lead at White Lace Bridal.
One of the sweetest parts of how White Lace has grown is that I’m now lucky enough to have my daughter working at the bridal shop, sharing the same love of weddings that has been such a big part of my life for more than a decade. Seeing her become part of something Cari and I started all those years ago makes it even more special.
Today, you’ll usually find me in my studio designing, printing, cutting, assembling, answering messages, and probably adjusting something by two millimeters because I decided it wasn’t quite right. Every invitation that leaves White Lace Design has been thoughtfully created and personally overseen from the first proof to the final finishing detail.
When I’m not working, I’m usually tackling a home project, spending time with my family and pets, or dreaming up whatever I want to create next. I feel incredibly fortunate that something two friends started more than a decade ago has grown into what White Lace is today—and that I still get to play a small part in so many couples’ wedding stories.
