Do you provide 1-Day or rushed shipping?
As a standard we do not provide rushed shipping because it is usually cost prohibitive. All orders with special requests would need to be handled before placing your order. We encourage you to contact us before you make a purchase. We offer no guarantees of rushed shipping availability.
When will my order arrive?
Our goal is to print and ship all orders within 2 business days.
Once shipped out, US orders should arrive within 2-4 business days (depending on USPS). International orders usually arrive within 7-15 business days, but can take up to four weeks to arrive (depending on USPS and customs).
My order has been marked delivered but I have not received it. What do I do?
WhiteWolfeDesign is not responsible for packages once marked delivered by USPS. If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, we ask that you contact your local post office or call 1-800-ASK-USPS to file a claim and have the missing package investigated.
