All of our designs are compatible with the Pattern Keeper app.
Each cross stitch chart appearing in our shop is a digital purchase and no physical product will be mailed. (Upgrades to Complete Kits, Mailed Paper Copies, CDs, and Hand Stitched Greeting Cards excluded.) Due to the nature of instant downloadable products, refunds will not be given after purchase. (See our "Shop Policies" for further details.) All listings appear as virtual stitch images.

All of our pattern designs are created using a combination of computer software and handmade finishing. Each one is individually processed to ensure the highest quality standards, resulting in a 'pointillist' style of art. This style is a technique of cross stitching design in which small distinct points of primary colors create the impression of an intermediate color. When you look at the completed piece from a few feet away, all the colors blend together to make it so realistic, it almost looks identical to the original artwork.
