For all UK orders I am using Evri courier door to door service.
For sales to the USA I send with a Royal Mail service with full tracking for you to follow.
You will receive the tracking information as soon as it is shipped to follow online to keep up to date with it's delivery progress.

Shop policies
Each globe is uniquely completed by hand and therefore very slight variations in size / placement of chosen text may vary.
Please refer to other items in my shop and be as descriptive as possible upon placing an order.

Payment
I regret to do so, however, I reserve the right to insist upon cancellation of order if I feel processing and delivery time may not be achievable according to specific order requirements such as date of a wedding.
Shipping
I may be able to upgrade your shipping for an additional fee.
I post / ship all UK & EU orders by Hermes or Royal Mail tracked delivery.
I ship to all other countries using either UPS or FedEx courier.
Given the current Coronavirus global pandemic transit times may be longer so please keep an eye on the tracking progress once shipped.
I can not guarantee definite delivery date, therefore please note processing time and email for more information.
It is the buyers responsibility to keep up to date with tracking information of the order and let me know as soon as it has passed the guideline time of delivery so that I may help to trace it with you.
I cannot be held responsible in situations such as;
-delivery attempts are made to address given upon order placement.
-buyer has not mentioned that the order is needed for specific date and you have not had confirmation from me it will be a guaranteed delivery date (ie upgraded shipping)
-item has not reached buyer.. I will send evidence of postage receipt through Royal Mail and it is due to postal services around the world failing to deliver once left the UK.
-I will not refund if every attempt has been made to deliver your order but you have not being available to receive it.
Additional policies and FAQs
The globes are for decorative purposes.
The parts on the stand/ frame are able to be unscrewed, please take care with the items and keep away from small children.
All globes are able to spin once on their mounted stand, this may not be suitable on all items for 'fast spin' turns but can certainly turn carefully.
I would recommend gentle turning of the globes as to care for the intricate hand painting.
Slight variations may also occur due to the hand painting of globes, with paint and paper from the globe.
