I bought four gorgeous tumblers that I love and they are are perfection. Well made, fun and beautiful. So excited to use them all 😁♥️

Seller held my item in pre transit for over a month, I had to file a claim with Etsy to get my money back.

Seller didn't send out the item as expected and didn't respond to messages until the issue was escalated. However they did still ship the item (long after). It's not perfect but I'm happier the seller got their act together eventually. I might buy from them some other time and give them a second chance.
