Wicked Baths is dedicated to providing a premium experience for it's customers. One of the ways that WB is ensuring this is by having all items be freshly made to order. This means that instead of products sitting around for weeks or months on end, your item will be freshly made just for you once your order comes in. Doing so extends your product's shelf life and it also cut downs drastically on wasted expenses and materials in the shop.

Under this guarantee, processing time will now be 1 week and will start on Sundays. All orders from that week will be made in the order that they were received and they will all ship out the following Saturday. This excludes collections and large orders which will still result in longer processing times.

Wicked Baths is about about 95% vegan. For the most part, all products in stock are absolutely vegan. There will, however, occasionally be a couple of items that are not vegan and that will contain milk or honey based products. All non vegan products will be labeled as "Non vegan" in their product description.

If your item was broken or damaged in the mail, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please send me pictures of the item as you found it and I will get back to you within 48 hours. You have up to 15 days from the day your item was marked as "delivered" to make this claim.

Due to health and hygiene standards, Wicked Baths does not accept returns.

All orders are processed starting on Sundays and are shipped on Saturdays.

Unfortunately, I do not currently ship outside of the US but the option may become available in the future.

Wicked Baths take health, safety and COVID-19 very seriously. As the owner, I take the necessary steps to make sure that all of your items arrive to you clean and germ free! Masks, gloves and hair nets are used while handling all products and all crafting areas are kept thoroughly sanitized.

Custom products are not currently available. If this changes in the future, an announcement will be made on Etsy and on social media.

FOR ALL CUSTOMERS:

Wicked Baths is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen in the mail. Please contact USPS as soon as you can to try and locate your package.

FOR PRIORITY MAIL ONLY:

If you have selected any form of priority mail as the shipping option for your lost or stolen item, your package is automatically insured up to $100. Please contact me within 48 hours of the incident or of the item being marked as "delivered" and I will file an insurance claim. All claims are through Etsy support and can take up to 7 days to resolve. After the claim is resolved, you may be eligible for a refund, however, refunds are not guaranteed.

If your item was NOT shipped with priority mail, you do not qualify for an insurance claim.

Pre-order sales are when you purchase your item well in advance and receive it at a much later date. Typically, when you order online, your item ships within a week. For pre-orders, your items will ship in a cew weeks (always check product descriptions for shipping details). This gives the shop owner time to take in a large amount of orders, make them all at once and then send them out all at the same time.

The reason for using pre-orders varies from store to store, but Wicked Baths uses pre-orders for mainly collection items in order to uphold it's fresh made guarantee. It also helps for easily managing inventory items as well as to largely cut down on wasted materials and products.
