5 out of 5 starsThis was the perfect sticker to decorate my friend’s new water tumbler (emotional support water bottle, of course!). The colors in this design were very pretty and popped nicely against the real water tumbler we placed it on. Admittedly, this sticker did take a little longer to arrive than normal. But the seller was proactive and reached out to me to explain that USPS had failed to scan in several packages they dropped off to them one day. She told me that they were opening a case with USPS to look into it, but also re-shipped the orders (including mine) ASAP as soon as they knew about the delay, and they provided a new tracking number. She was so kind and informative in her chat message, and I appreciated the service I received! This is why I love good small businesses like this one: their owners are kind & communicate openly!
