We did have some hiccups with the package tracking itself but nonetheless the item arrived on time. When I messaged the seller with questions, they gave a nice, helpful reply.

What size of candle do you offer?
We currently offer 9oz candles. These candles are 2.8" wide by 3.5" tall.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer gift wrapping or packaging.
Care instructions for your candle
Please light your candle responsibly and remember:
❗️Never leave a burning candle unattended.
❗️Never burn a candle on or near anything that might catch fire.
❗️Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets.
❗️Discontinue burning when there's 1/4" wax remaining
What are your candles made of?
Our candles are hand poured in small batches and made with pure soy wax, premium fragrances, and cotton wicks that will leave your home smelling great!
Rest assured that all candles are free from toxins and additives so that you know you're getting a clean and safe candle that you're sure to enjoy right at home.
Returned/Lost/Damaged Packages
The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address at checkout is correct. If the customers package is returned, I will contact the customer, but the customer is responsible for paying postage on the package to have it re-shipped.
If your package was lost or stolen, but the tracking was mark as "delivered", we kindly ask that you contact USPS to file an insurance claim. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do for "delivered" packages.
If your package has not arrived and is stuck in transit, it could be delayed. Please reach out to me if you have any concerns and I will inquire with the postal service.
If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us with a picture and we will send a replacement to you.
Returns and Exchanges
Since our candles are made to order, all sales are final.
- We don't accept returns or exchanges. If you need to cancel, please do so within 2 hours of ordering.
- Exchanges/Refunds are only granted if the seller has sent the incorrect item.
- Please get in touch with us first if you have any problems with your order.
