How long do I have to make a change to my order?
You have 1 hour after purchase to submit any changes to your order. We use a boutique printer for many of our items and submit them after that time. Once that time expires we do not have the ability to make any changes or cancellations. Your order will be shipped as you submitted it.
How do I download my files?
Once Etsy processed your payment, you will be able to download the files you purchased. Just go to your order page to download. If you checked out as a guest, Etsy will send you a link for your purchase. Are you still making jewelry?
Unfortunately I no longer make jewelry. I have a tremor that just has become increasingly difficult to hold jewelry pliers. It was a difficult decision for sure! I so appreciate everyone's support over the many years. So now I design shirts, mugs, ornaments, and other gifts!
