What’s Your Return Policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless items are damaged or lost in transit. This is due to our shirts being custom make to order.
What happens if a product is damaged or lost in transit?
If your item is damaged or lost in transit I will happily give you a refund or a replacement item. For domestic orders, you have 30 days to contact me for a refund or replacement. For international orders, you have 45 days to contact me for a refund or a replacement.
Can I cancel an order?
Please contact me within 1 hour of placing an order to cancel. There are no guarantees I can cancel the order, but I will try. If it has been longer than 1 hour I will not be able to cancel the order.
What happens if my shipping address is incorrect?
If you entered in the wrong shipping address or forgot an office or apartment number and the package cannot be delivered, I can ship you a replacement item, but you will be responsible for the additional shipping charge.
