Your files are ready to download as soon as payment is confirmed, under Purchases and Reviews in your Etsy account. The Etsy app can't download files, so on a phone please sign in to Etsy.com in a browser such as Safari or Chrome. If you checked out as a guest, Etsy emails you a download link, so please check your spam folder too.

Bundles and collections: your download is a one-page PDF with a link to a Google Drive folder holding all the files. No Google account needed. A computer works best.

Download links stay active for at least 12 months. After that, message us for a new copy.

If your download link doesn't work, message us and we'll send a fresh link, usually within 24 hours.

Wall art: five high-resolution JPG files at 300 DPI, one for each print ratio, so you can pick the file that matches your frame without cropping or resizing.
TV art: one high-resolution JPG file at 3840 x 2160 pixels (4K, 16:9 ratio), plus a PDF guide with step-by-step instructions for adding it to your TV.
The files open on any phone, tablet or computer with no special software needed.

Each wall art listing includes five ratios (4:5, 3:4, 2:3, 11x14 and ISO A-series), together covering 20+ standard frame sizes from 4x6 in up to 24x36 in and A1. The ISO A-series file can also be printed at 5x7 in with slight cropping. Pick the file that matches your frame and print at home or through any print shop.
TV art is made for screen display only and is not suitable for printing.

Yes. Wall art can be printed as many times as you need for your own personal use or as a gift, and TV art can be shown on any screens in your own home. The files may not be resold, shared, uploaded to print-on-demand sites or used commercially. Download links are for the buyer only and must not be shared or posted.

Our designs are created with the help of AI tools, then hand-selected, refined and prepared for print by us, one piece at a time. Every file is checked for quality before it goes into the shop.

Because these are instant digital downloads, we can't offer refunds once the files have been downloaded. If a file won't open or something doesn't look right, please message us and we'll help put it right.

1. Save the JPG file to your phone, computer or a USB drive.
2. Open your TV's art, gallery or personal-photo mode.
3. Add the image from wherever you saved it.
4. Choose the full-screen or "no mat" option so the artwork fills the screen.
Menus differ by model and region, so check your TV's own manual if anything looks different. Every TV art download also includes a step-by-step PDF guide.

It's made for TVs and digital displays that let you show your own 16:9 artwork, and it will also display on any other modern 16:9 screen. The file is 4K (3840 x 2160), so it looks sharp on 4K screens and scales down cleanly on smaller or HD ones. Our artwork is independent and not affiliated with any TV manufacturer. We can't troubleshoot individual TV models, so for menus and settings please check your TV's manual, but we're always happy to help with anything about the file itself.

No. Everything in our shop is an instant digital download, so nothing is shipped. The room, frame and TV images in our listings are mockups to show how the artwork looks on display. To see more of our art styled in real rooms, and to browse every collection in one place, visit wildgridstudio.com. All orders still check out here on Etsy.

Colours can vary with screen calibration, your TV's picture settings, and your printer and paper. On a TV, try adjusting the brightness and colour settings in its art mode. For prints, a matte or lustre paper from a good print shop gives the most faithful result.
