If there is a bouquet you like, but would want a different color, please add the details in -notes to seller- section and I will send pictures over before shipping.

The flowers may be kept in the box until your big day, but do not seal the box. And keep them in a dry, cool place away from humidity. After your big day, a vase in a special place in your house will be great !

Care instructions
🌻🌻🌻Care and storage- if you will be storing your flowers until your big day, please remove the bubble wrap upon delivery. The flowers do best if kept in a vase upright, but they may be kept in the box until your big day, but do not seal the box. And keep them in a dry, cool place away from humidity. After your big day, a vase in a special place in your house will be great !
The flowers last several years if they are well taken care off. They are an organic product. Avoid moisture. If they happen to get wet. Set them in a dry place until they are fully dry again.
How are the flowers packed for shipping?
Sola wood flowers are super light weight and a bit fragile so each bouquet is individually wrapped with bubble wrap before placing them in the box. All boxes are shipped via priority mail to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible. I do pack them carefully and a bit tightly to ensure they don’t move around during shipping and decrease the chances of them breaking, which in return may cause some of them to flatten out. If you receive your bouquet and some flowers look flat, they are super easy and flexible to move around and fluff out to their original beauty! Please feel free to message me if you are having issues and I will be glad to give you some tips !
My box was damaged during shipping, how can this be resolved?
Although I always try my very best to pack well during shipping, I cannot control how the post office will handle each box. If you receive your item and the box is damaged, before you open it be sure to take pictures! Each item is shipped via priority mail and includes insurance. If you open the box and your item is damaged beyond repair, you can make a claim directly with the post office or feel free to reach out to me and I can help with the process. Sometimes the box will arrive damaged but the bouquet may still be intact because of the bubble wrap. The flowers are stronger than you may think! In that case a bit of fluffing up will do the trick ! Again feel free to message me with any questions and I will always try my best to resolve it
What colors are available?
Each item is made to order so I have a lot of flexibility when it comes to custom orders! The flowers can be dyed just about any color! If you have a specific color scheme in mind, please be sure to message me and I will walk you through the process of custom orders! Once I start working on your order and start the color match process, you will receive pictures of color samples for approval before production and pictures of the final product for approval before shipping
