Frequently asked questions
Who makes my item?
Your item is printed on demand by my production partner Printify and its print providers in the EU, UK and US, and shipped directly from them to you. That's why processing times and shipping origins vary by product.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? Message me within 2 hours of purchase and I'll cancel your order with a full refund. After that, your item is usually already in production and I can't stop it. (EU/UK buyers' 14-day withdrawal rights described in my shop policies still apply.)
Returns & exchanges
Every item is printed just for you after you order, so I can't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, colour or change of mind. Please check the size chart before ordering — I'm happy to help with sizing via Etsy messages.
Personalised items (with a custom name, text, photo or design made at your request) cannot be returned or withdrawn, as they are made to your specifications — unless they arrive damaged or misprinted.

EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal
If you live in the EU or UK: you still have your legal 14-day right of withdrawal. You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Just send me an Etsy message (or email) saying you wish to withdraw, and send the item back within 14 days after that, unused and in its original condition. You pay the return shipping. I'll refund the item price and the original standard shipping within 14 days of your notice (I may wait until the item arrives back or you send proof of shipping). You're responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the item more than needed to check it.
Damaged, misprinted or lost orders
Things occasionally go wrong in printing or shipping — I'll make it right. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, or your order never arrives, message me within 30 days of delivery (or of the latest estimated delivery date for lost parcels). Please include your order number and a clear photo of the problem (and of the label for damaged parcels). I'll send you a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. No need to send the faulty item back unless I ask. This doesn't limit your statutory warranty rights as a consumer.
