I love all things wild and wooly. Wild Wool Design started out as a venture for working with wool, fresh of the sheep and create beautiful wild interior plaids and cushions.
When I first came across alpacas—especially the stunning Suri alpacas—I instantly fell in love with their silky locks. While I don’t create wigs myself, I truly enjoy preparing this beautiful wool for all the talented creatives out there who turn it into art!
I’m based in a cozy village in the south of the Netherlands, surrounded by fields
and peaceful little forests. It’s a wonderful place to nurture my passion for fiber.
I’m dedicated to providing high-quality fiber that inspires creativity and craftsmanship
and I try to source wool as locally as possible, even though Suri alpacas are quite rare.
Its important to me to work closely with farms where the alpacas are treated with love and care, ensuring that their well-being is always the priority.
