Yes we will try our best to customise your order.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Ask please if you want gift wrap, a shipping quote or combined shipping.
Failed delivery
if a delivery is unsuccessful for 3 times, it will be abandoned. If the shipment is abandoned Wild Octopus are not able to refund purchase price. We will try our best to have the shipment delivered. To retrieve this package a charge will be made by the shipping company, we will not be responsible for retrieval. However, on request we will forward information to enable you to organise delivery and extra charges. Once this happens Wild Octopus is not responsible for costs incurred.
Reserving an item
Yes we are happy to hold items reserved for you - but please bear in mind we will only reserve items for 5 days unless with a prior agreement. After that we will remove the reserved sign and put the item back on the market; unless you get in touch with us.
Refund Policy
We will pack all items very carefully using all new bubble wrap and sturdy:
1) We aim to source you a replacement
2) Offer you an item of your choice
3) Offer a full refund for the broken item
Before any refund is give we ask our customers kindly to provide photographic evidence by just sending a couple of photos via Etsy conversations.
If the broken item was part of a set we can only refund for the actual item, not the entire set. We hope you understand.
Unfortunately shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Pay by instalment
We can arrange payments in instalments
Maximum of 3 instalments, 2 via PayPal invoice and the 3rd through the shop, plus shipping and PayPal fees,
If an invoice is late on payment by 24hours the item will be re-listed and a payment refund with deduction of PayPal fee and etsy fee will be given when the item is sold,
