Each item is made to order, so please allow 5–7 business days for crafting before shipping. If it’s a complex custom piece, it might take a few extra days — but I’ll always keep you updated.

If your piece arrives damaged during shipping, please send me photos within 48 hours of delivery. I’ll happily repair, replace, or refund depending on the situation.
