Hi, I’m Ericka Windless—the CEO, founder, owner, manufacturer, packer, shipper, customer service representative, social media manager, accountant, and unpaid intern of Windless Creations. 😂
I make whipped shea butter, turmeric soap, and body oils because apparently being a wife and raising THREE beautiful girls wasn’t enough responsibility. I looked at my life and said, “You know what this needs? A BUSINESS.” 😭
I’m a wife. I’m a mama. I’m an entrepreneur. I’m a full-time problem solver and a part-time “Lord, please give me strength” specialist. 😂
I’m raising three girls, including my beautiful autistic daughter, who has taught me a whole different level of patience, strength, advocacy, and unconditional love. 💕 My girls are my biggest motivation—and my biggest monthly expense. 😂
Running a business while raising a family is basically me switching personalities every 7 minutes:
Mom: “Who left this mess?!”
Wife: “What’s for dinner?”
CEO: “WHO ORDERED 6 BODY OILS?! THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS!” 😂
One minute I’m breaking up an argument, the next I’m whipping shea butter like I’m on an episode of The Food Network, then I’m answering a customer message with one hand while holding somebody’s entire life together with the other.
And somehow…THE ORDERS STILL GET DONE. 💅🏽
Windless Creations is more than just skincare to me. It’s proof that you can build something beautiful even when life is loud, messy, expensive, exhausting, and absolutely refusing to cooperate.
So yes, I’m the CEO.
No, I don’t have an assistant.
Yes, I do everything myself.
No, I’m not hiring my children.
And YES, I will be taking my lunch break eventually. 😂
