Good stuff. Not entirely clear on why this is bundled separately from the first half of the book, but both are good, and form a complete book.

I had been doing NSR since 2018 at least, but I found this was better. If you dont want to pay four figures for TM, I would go with this.

Wonderful book. I had some experience with meditation but this really deepened my practice and opened up new areas for me. If you're getting the downloads, get both the Course and the Theory. When doing the course, hop between the Classroom and Library PDFs.
