NO RETURNS: At this time I do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is grossly misrepresented in the listing (for example, inadvertently stated wrong measurements or missed a major flaw). I take great care to describe each item in detail, take good quality pictures and answer all and any questions so that you can make an educated decision regarding your purchase. My goal is to ensure that you are a very happy customer.

IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED: Your item is insured. I will pack your treasures properly and with great care to ensure their safe and fast arrival. Should you receive an item that was damaged in transit, please send me a Convo on Etsy as soon as you receive it. Please be sure to retain all original packing materials and the item in the exact state you received it. I will file an insurance claim and issue a complete refund.

NO CANCELLATIONS: At this time I do not offer Cancellations. Please be sure you truly want the item BEFORE placing your order and making a payment. Cancellations are not a mere inconvenience, they are costly. Your orders are processed fast. Once purchased, your item is prepared for shipment, carefully packed, and shipped.
