The pendant itself is lovely, however, the necklace was sent in a plain white mailing envelope without any padding or protection. It was loose in the envelope, so the chain is broken in a place that cannot be repaired, probably just from normal postal handling of envelopes. I'm disappointed and frustrated that an item like this would be so carelessly sent in a envelope meant for a letter, not a necklace.

Came super fast and exactly what I wanted. My only complaint was the chain was tok short for my liking (but the chain length was specified in ad) so I knew what I was getting!
