5 out of 5 starsImmediately after buying we got access to our image in different sizes. It's worth noting that the largest image size is 16x20 which is what we wanted. If you are hoping to print it larger than 16x20 you might want to message the seller beforehand to make sure they can accomodate.

We will happily accept multiple photos to create one portrait.
If you'd like to make sure we can work with your photos, you can send them to us via Etsy Messages and we will let you know if they work. (Most of the time they do. Our customer's photos are awesome!)
How will I receive my digital portrait?
You will receive your digital portrait to the email address linked to your Etsy Account. The files will come from the email quyentt164@gmail.com.
If you do not see your portrait in the inbox after the standard production time is up, please check your spam mail. Sometimes it ends up there because it's an unknown email address.
You can also direct message me to confirm what email it was sent to.
