Custom and personalized orders

Leather gets cut when payment is made. Items are crafted in the order they are received.

Custom orders are non-refundable. All orders are final.

Follow sizing instructions. If measurements are taken incorrectly, you will receive a beautiful item you cannot wear.

I will not begin a job without payment first.

Almost everything in my shop is made to order, not stocked. Made to order items take time. I work on items as orders come in. Sometimes items are completed ahead of schedule, but sometimes there are delays. If your item is delayed I will keep you advised.

Care instructions

Leather should not be submerged in water. If something goes wrong with your item I will do the best I can to resolve the problem, but if it gets soaked through there is almost nothing I can do to save it.

Never try to dry wet leather with heat. Let it naturally dry.

Hand dyed and painted items will age and can fade if exposed to sunlight. There are leather products on the market to block UV rays.

Leather should be conditioned. Mink oil is a nice natural product I like to use. It seals and softens. It can deepen the color.

Items can be mailed to me for upkeep if you’d prefer not to clean and condition. The price is relative to the size and condition of the item. I require a $15 deposit. The balance can be paid with return shipping.
