Every item will arrive to you complete with care instructions. Either machine wash on cool, or gently hand wash your item in cool/warm water with a mild soap and lay it flat to dry. This will keep it looking as great as when it arrives to you.

Each listing includes specific sizes and measurements. Please be sure to read the listing of the item you are purchasing carefully so you know the exact measurements or size.

All items come ready to wear or ready to give as a gift.
Your item will arrive wrapped in white tissue paper, and slipped inside a protective reusable storage bag, and with care instructions included.

All items are handmade for your order. I work really hard to ensure your order is perfect. I do accept returns providing that I am contacted by you within 3 days of you receiving your package (Please note that hats are non-returnable, thank you). I will ask you to ship the item in it's original packaging to me within 7 days of you receiving the item. You will be responsible for the packaging and postage charges to return the item, and I suggest that you include postal tracking with your package back to me. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Once I have received the item back in it's ORIGINAL NEW CONDITION, I will refund for you. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non refundable. Thank you :)
